After working as an editor on the upcoming PBS documentary The Meaning Of Food, Kris Kristensen has been asked to direct a segment for the show. The Meaning Of Food is a 3 part series examining the anthropological aspects of American food.

The segment, titled Burgerville, follows a hamburger lover as he explains how America's love affair with the car led to origins of hamburger stands througout the nation.

The Meaning of Food will air nationally in 2005.
