A Sonic Tonic Finally on DVD - 3/11/05

The rumors are true, and the wait is finally over. Elixirs & Remedies is being released on DVD. Until now, the intimate concert film starring musicians Robyn Hitchcock and Grant Lee Phillips has only been available on VHS. Now, after months of dogged requests from their dedicated fan-base, Hitchcock, Phillips and director/producer Kris Kristensen have decided to release the cult film on DVD.

Kristensen has just put the finishing touches on the disc, which will include four additional never before seen tracks; Mockingbirds and Heavenly by Phillips, and Trams Of Old London and Viva! Sea-Tac by Hitchcock with a special appearance by Young Fresh Fellow Scott McCaughey.

The disc will be priced under $20 and available for sale here on approximately March 29th. Also look for a special package deal at Amazon where you can get Elixirs & Remedies bundled with either Kristensen's super-natural thriller Inheritance or Jonathan Demme's Hitchcock concert film Storefront Hitchcock.
